Custom Tail Shaft Loop – Show Car Finish

Design and fabrication of a fully custom tail shaft loop, built to suit a high-end show car application. The loop was measured and constructed to precise drivetrain specifications, ensuring correct clearance, alignment, and functionality while maintaining a clean, integrated appearance within the chassis.

Fabricated using quality materials, the loop was shaped, welded, and test-fitted for optimal strength and safety, preventing tail shaft drop in the event of failure. Mounting points were custom-designed and reinforced to suit the vehicle’s setup without compromising structural integrity.

Final finish was completed to show-car standard, including detailed surface preparation and coating/paintwork to match the vehicle’s overall build quality. Designed not only for safety compliance but also to complement the underbody aesthetics of the build.
